Paul will facilitate the ‘Future of Events’ Session which includes the following three speaker sessions:
Paul Cook has been immersed in events and learning for over 20 years, as a writer, researcher, speaker, facilitator, educator, advisor and producer.
Paul has written everything from e-books, case studies, and information guides to heart-tugging poems. He works with a number of clients ‘behind the scenes’ as a ghost writer. He is also an author in his own right.
You will find that he is an eclectic author. But, what Paul really enjoys is taking a complex subject and making it accessible for all sorts of readers.
He has successfully achieved this with his first two books: Remotely Engaging and Risk It!
In addition to writing books, Paul is the creator of a number of blogs, such as Choreographed Communications, the Event Risk Blog and Lessons from a Mountain.
He is a Past President of Meeting Professionals International, UK Chapter (2007/08) and has served on various advisory Councils including the Knowledge body for MPI. He runs his Business Communications company, Planet Planit which he created in 2008. Paul is also a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Westminster, London.
